The announcement text: We are looking urgently for a temporary administrator to work for our client, a Maidstone based council office, to start as soon as possible for a period of 2 months. Reporting to the senior procurement analyst the main purpose of this role is to assist the procurement team in all administrative tasks and update and maintain accurate computerised and manual records.
Main day to day duties will include assisting in the effective delivery of procurement services to clients, dealing with client enquiries, create & maintain filing systems, updating the team database with order, invoice & delivery details, checking supplier invoices and resolving any related queries and providing admin support to other team members when required.
It is essential that you have a good level of education and a minimum of 1 years experience working in a customer focussed and financial and accounts environment. An excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel and good investigative and research skills are required along with a good eye for detail and strong accuracy.
